Onboarding Specialist

The role of the Onboarding Specialist is to provide customer-focused onboarding support. The role includes onboarding customers, providing support for any questions and creating tickets to assign onboarding tasks to internal team members .

 

 

The Onboarding Specialist works closely with cross functional teams to ensure client expectations are met and all campaign set up and launch are seamless and meet all SLAs.

Responsibilities

– Managing inbound communications (phone and email) from clients related to set-up and running campaigns

– Communicate with the Performance and Sales team to relay pertinent information

– Generate reports from internal and third party systems for clients when needed

 

– Respond to client enquiries according to SLAs

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline

Strong verbal/written communication skills

Microsoft Office experience

Previous customer service experience

Strong analytical skills

Previous experience working for online advertising company a plus

Strong customer service skills

Previous experience working with Google Adwords or Analytics a plus

Previous experience working with software systems a plus (including CRM tools such as Salesforce)
