A B2B client partnered with SourceKnowledge in 2021. A key objective for the client, and previous challenge was to gain visibility and achieve new customers outside their previous mix, with a focus on targeting the United States.
The B2B brand simultaneously ran a Shopping and Retargeting campaign in the US, in order to both reach new shoppers and remind previous shoppers of their products. They set a 2.9x RoAS goal for their Shopping campaign and 2.8x RoAS goas for their Retargeting campaign.
This brand used the SourceKnowledge platform to drive traffic at scale and ultimately acquire new customers.
Their Shopping (prospecting) campaign runs primarily on comparison shopping engines, in-text networks, apps & plugins, and deal sites. In addition to their Shopping campaign, the client also ran a Retargeting campaign to remind their customers of their products, and benefit from additional touchpoints.
To strengthen these two campaigns, the client also provided SourceKnowledge with exclusive coupon codes to be promoted across its publisher network, to drive additional online visits to and conversions on the brand’s site.
The campaigns have driven conversions in all 50 U.S. states. SourceKnowledge exceeded the RoAS goals and generated an all-time RoAS of 3.11x on the Shopping campaign, and 4.3x RoAS on the Retargeting campaign, almost entirely from new customers.
