For the Shopping campaign, SourceKnowledge ran shopping ads across all channels (deal and review sites, comparison shopping engines, and influencers).The objective of this campaign was to prospect new shoppers and increase sales to the online store, while optimizing to a target RoAS goal.
Due to the nature of Plain Jane’s product, partner sourcing was difficult. However, we were able to find the right sources that converted shoppers into buyers for Plain Jane. Certainly the pandemic was a challenge for most retailers, but Plain Jane was able to seize an opportunity to increase direct-to-consumer touchpoints and did so successfully with SourceKnowledge.
After seeing such strong and steady online sales in Q1 with an average 3.5x RoAS, Plain Jane increased their budget during the Pandemic (from March to April). SourceKnowledge met the target RoAS in April and reached Plain Jane’s budget goals, while increasing spend by 58%.
