Indochino, the largest exclusive made-to-measure apparel company in the world is a Canadian success story. The website enables customers to step into the shoes of designers and order custom suits from the comfort of their home.
Indochino partnered with SourceKnowledge to achieve a lead and sales lift by prospecting and retargeting with a shopping campaign. This was done across SourceKnowledge PLA and dPLA channels, including comparison shopping search engines and influencer blogs.
SourceKnowledge’s challenge was to increase online purchases of custom-made suits as well as appointment bookings. By prospecting new customers and retargeting cart abandoners across our PLA and dPLA channels, Indochino successfully increased their leads, sales, and appointment bookings. SourceKnowledge was able beat the RoAS target of 3.
